The Primo All-In-One Series was developed with convenience in mind. The vision behind the product was to offer a selection of grills that are ready to grill out of the box after a few minutes of easy setup and assembly. This series also offers a cost-effective avenue for Primo customers to get a bigger "bang for their buck" without breaking the bank. All four models are the same great ceramic grills we offer as a stand-alone product with added accessories to provide a ready-to-grill experience out of the box. A Primo Grill can be assembled in minutes and is ready to cook. Once assembled, just add whole lump charcoal, light, and grill your favorite food.

Cooking Configurations
Primo Ceramic Grills can be used as a grill, an oven, a roaster, or a smoker.
Grilling & Searing
Use this configuration for grilling meat such as steaks, chicken breast, or any foods that benefit from cooking directly over the charcoal fire.
Grilling & Roasting
Use direct and indirect cooking zones to grill meat on the direct side, while roasting tender foods like seafood and vegetables on the indirect side.
Baking, Roasting & Smoking
Use this configuration for indirect cooking, such as an oven or smoker. Cook at low to medium temperatures for baking pizza or smoking meat. (Heat Deflectors/Racks required).

Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- Free shipping on most products to the lower 48 states. Eligible products show free shipping on the product page.
- Smaller items ship via FedEx or UPS Ground and usually arrive in 3–5 business days.
- Larger items ship freight on a pallet and are delivered curbside with a lift gate. For home deliveries, the carrier will call to schedule a delivery window.
- We'll email your tracking number and carrier contact once your order ships.
- Please be present for freight deliveries. Inspect the shipment and note any damage on the driver's paperwork before signing, because that protects your claim. Report any damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns
- Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Used or installed items can't be returned.
- Return shipping and a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. If we sent the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping.
