What’s New with Orion V2
Refined Flame Technology
Orion V2 features deeper, dimensional flames with richer color and enhanced realism. Powered by next-generation LCD Displays, the flames deliver sharper contrast and deeper blacks, while adaptive brightness technology ensures a perfectly balanced fire display day or night.
Modern Flames + App & Over-the-Air Updates
The new Modern Flames + app unlocks advanced flame customization and enables over-the-air updates. This allows Orion V2 to evolve over time with new flame styles and unique graphics, keeping the product fresh long after installation.
Enhanced Audio & Entertainment
Audio has been significantly upgraded with custom-engineered premium speakers, three immersive crackling sound options, and Bluetooth streaming - making Orion V2 a true centerpiece for both ambiance and entertainment.
Highly Realistic Lit Log Set
Authenticity reaches a new level with a realistic log set crafted from the same split wood used in our TruWood logs. The logs are lit from within, creating natural depth, warmth, and a truly believable hearth experience.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- Free shipping on most products to the lower 48 states. Eligible products show free shipping on the product page.
- Smaller items ship via FedEx or UPS Ground and usually arrive in 3–5 business days.
- Larger items ship freight on a pallet and are delivered curbside with a lift gate. For home deliveries, the carrier will call to schedule a delivery window.
- We'll email your tracking number and carrier contact once your order ships.
- Please be present for freight deliveries. Inspect the shipment and note any damage on the driver's paperwork before signing, because that protects your claim. Report any damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns
- Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Used or installed items can't be returned.
- Return shipping and a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. If we sent the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping.
