The inner burner delivers 25,000 BTUs for low, controlled heat, while the outer burner produces 35,000 BTUs for high-heat cooking—combining for a total of 60,000 BTUs of power.

This flexible dual-ring design makes it easy to simmer sauces, boil large pots, or fry at high heat using one or both burners at once. The heavy-duty stainless steel cooking grid includes a removable center ring for wok cooking, adding even more versatility.
